Built in 1877 for Thomas Simpson this single storey rendered masonry building still has the original shop windows with recessed double door entrances. The two shops link up architecturally very well and are in scale with the adjacent office buildings. Classified: 19/07/1979 Part of Warrnambool Historic Area. Classified: 12/11/1979. See B4538

These two storey simply detailed shops with residences over were built in 1874 for the Wesleyan Church Trustees, (Numbers 89 & 91) and Number 93 for James Brady, ironmonger. Originally Numbers 91 & 93 were single storey and a second storey was added by George Jobbins about 1887. Ground floor external alterations include an unsuitable vanopy. This simple detailed symmetrical block of three two-storey rendered brick shops with residences over was erected in 1872/73 for Michael Jackman. In 1876 some alterations were carried out by George Jobbins, including a verandah linking the three shop fronts, but this has unfortunately been demolished. Part of Warrnambool Historic Area. 186-190 Timor Street,, WARRNAMBOOL VIC 3280 - Property No B4628

A symmetrical group of three two-storey shops designed for C. A. Grainer, draper, by Andrew Keer in the typical Italianate Renaissance style with arch-headed windows and roof balustrading with central pediment. The middle shop No 188 was erected in 1879. No 190 was added in 1883 and No 186 in 1884. A verandah originally linked the three shop fronts but has been partially demolished. Classified: 15/11/1979 Part of Warrnambool Historic Area. See B4538
